Process Structure - Hybrid Office: Many reservations are made online or through the phone. When the customer comer in and a representative gives them the keys to their selected vehicle as well as going over the terms and other regulations that follow and for the back office of the business the workers that take care of the cars that are currently on the lot.
Customer Involvement - Moderate to Low: Customers have the choice to choose whatever vehicle they seem fit for them to buy Enterprise provides the care and handles its maintenance. If a vehicle is not in stock to the customer in genuinely notified and will be asked to select a vehicle that is while enterprise will issue an order for the restock in the vehicle that was for any other potential customer.
Resource Flexibility - Flexible: There are different station which provides different functions in order to deliver the car of preference to each customer in the surrounding areas
